Coming soon
Know your roof before you sign.
Check whether your property has the evidence needed for a useful roof report. When it does not, Speedy Squares tells you.
Measurements coming soon. Address measurement is not open to the public yet. Nothing on this page sends an address anywhere. Join the early-access list below and we will tell you when it opens.
Fast when the evidence is strong. Honest when it isn't.
Measure the roof
Gross squares, waste and order quantities, with the evidence behind each number shown rather than asserted.
Say when it cannot
When the available evidence will not support a useful answer, the report says so instead of producing a confident number.
Put it in writing
A concise summary a homeowner can read, with the technical detail underneath when it is needed.
Honest availability
Every result carries one of three readiness states. They exist so that “we do not know” is a real answer the product is allowed to give.
Contractor early access
Roofers, solar teams, estimators and proposal companies: access opens in batches. Tell us where to write and we will be in touch when yours opens. No charge, no obligation, and no sales call attached to joining.
For Pros
Move from an address to a sales conversation without paying for a premium report on every lead — and know, before you quote, when the evidence is not good enough to stand behind.

For Homeowners
See an estimated roof size and the reasoning behind it, in language you can take into a conversation with a contractor. One roofing square equals 100 square feet of actual roof surface.
Where the numbers come from
Speedy Squares uses public property data: building footprints, lidar where it exists, and imagery when it helps. Results are uncertainty-aware — an honest range, or a clear “more information required”, rather than a confident number the evidence does not support. There is no hidden premium-report fallback.
A Speedy Squares report is not a contractor bid and is not a guarantee of price. Read the methodology.
